Key performance areas would be as follows:

  • Manage sales
  • Flag Bottlenecks around sales
  • Manage customer database
  • Manage budgets and targets
  • Manage client marketing
  • Manage client promo items such as catalogue, note pads, desk calendar, caps and shirts
  • Manage monthly sales expenses
  • Be responsible for all dispatched goods including quantity, quality and colour.
  • Sales training
  • Identify departmental problems and initiate and recommend effective solutions.
  • Customer training - electricians, proffesionals
  • Identify new and additional sales staff
  • Arrange photos of projects and Powerpoint presentations
  • Social Media
  • Monthly reports
  • Bi-weekly reports
  • Liasing with Buyer
  • Liasing with suppliers
  • Manage CAD Operators


SALES CONSULTANT


Key performance areas would be as follows:

  • Internally based at our showroom
  • Assist walk in customers with their lighting erquirements
  • Attending meetings and learning from listening, asking questions and engaging in discussions
  • Working with people from other disciplines and/or manufacturers to gain knowledge on new subjects

Successful candidates must have:

  • Previous sales experience 
  • Good work ethic, time management, ability to multi-task
  • Ability to take initiative, be enthusiastic, eager to learn, teamwork, creativity
  • Absolute focus no ensuring great customer experiences
  • Must pay attention to detail, confident, social and punctual
  • Be self-motivated and have networking skills

EXPERIENCED LIGHTING CONSULTANT


Key performance areas would be as follows:

  • Develop concepts and strategies for lighting projects, with senior team members
  • Maintain customer base that will be handed over, grow customer base
  • Project management
  • Develop visual materials to represent lighting designs, including inside AutoCad
  • Attending meetings, learning, asking questions and engage in discussions
  • Working with people from other disciplines and/or manufacturers to gain knowledge on new subjects

Successful candidates must have:

  • Core interest in the lighting industry
  • Previous sales experience
  • Good work ethic, time management, ability to multi-task
  • Ability to communicate thoughts and technical ideas in an accessible way
  • Attitude of taking initiative, enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, teamwork, creativity
  • Absolute focus on ensuring great customer experiences

Advantageous:

  • Experience with AutoCAD, Dialux, Relux and/or Revit
  • A good understanding of LED technology
